Twenty-five years in, the thing I trust most is not a technique but a quality of attention. Intuitive work, for me, has been less a talent than a long apprenticeship in listening — the way you might slowly learn the moods of a forest by walking it every day.

The daily rituals are unremarkable: time outside, quiet before sessions, a willingness to not-know. They don't make anything dramatic happen. They keep the channel clear, so that whatever wants to come through has a little more room.

If there is one lesson underneath all of it, it is patience. The deeper things arrive on their own schedule. My only real job is to keep showing up, stay honest, and get out of the way.
