Some of what we carry was never ours to begin with. A grandmother's unspoken grief, a father's constant vigilance — these can settle into a family like weather, and we can find ourselves living out feelings we never consciously chose.

I'm not making a scientific claim so much as describing what I meet in the room: patterns that feel older than the person in front of me, held faithfully in the body as if on someone else's behalf.

In Quanta Freedom Healing, we don't force these loose. We meet them with respect, acknowledge who they may have belonged to, and let the body gently hand back what was never its burden to hold. It can be quietly freeing — not because the past is erased, but because it finally gets to rest where it belongs.
